Avizent, a risk management service provider, released VISUAL Claims Studio (VCS) claim administration system. The VCS system, used by internal claim staff, is a Windows-based, client-server application designed to process, manage, analyze, and report claim data throughout the lifecycle of a claim. Additional features include fully automated first reports of injury, subsequent reports of injury, electronic data interchange reporting, detailed injury and body-part tracking, and summaries of payments and reserves by payment code.
