Automated data and document workflow provider, Advanced Data Spectrum, has recently released EXTRACTspectrum.

According to Advanced Data Spectrum, EXTRACTspectrum, automates data entry from paper, using OCR (optical character recognition), and data extraction technologies to "read" and extract data from document images. EXTRACTspectrum uses intelligent document recognition and classification technology to extract relevant data from scanned documents, PDF and HTML files. The extracted data is then imported directly into systems and processes and eliminating paper document storage.
