Claims CE, however, is an all-new endeavor with exclusive and original content. It’s purpose is to be a resource on continuing education initiatives, whether that means how to do your job more efficiently or how to stay compliant. As our tagline indicates, we want to be the continuing-education resource for today’s P&C insurance claim professionals. Here is how we plan on doing it.

Claims CE will be published every other month and will contain three articles in addition to an Editor’s Note:

• A feature-length article that discusses a claim-related issue commonly encountered in the workplace or in handling claims.
• A continuing-education quiz based on a different theme each issue. The format will include questions that adjusters would encounter while earning CE credits, along with an accompanying explanation from a qualified professional that explains the reasoning.
• A preview of an upcoming educational conference or event about which claim professionals should know.
